ECR Business Solutions (formerly Ruffolo Mailing Services) is a modern state of the art service company that is dedicated to the quick and efficient accomplishment of direct mail and fulfillment campaign. While direct mail and fulfillment remain the cornerstone of our business, our name change to ECR Business Solutions reflects the many other services we provide to our clients that revolve around mailing campaigns.
Ink jet and laser addressing
Utilizing Kodak – Versamark equipment, we have tremendous throughput capacity. Ink jet addressing on all types of mail pieces. Laser printing is used on labels and variable data pieces. Tabbing machines can be used "in line" with ink jet machines allowing for simultaneous tabbing or affixing pre-cancelled stamps.
Labeling/Inserting/Collating/Folding
A variety of machines allow for the accomplishment of Labeling/Inserting/Collating/Folding. We can insert into as large as a 9 x 12 envelope with up to 8 inserting stations. Hand bindery operations can be utilized in situations where materials are not compatible with machinery.
Postage affixing – stamp/meter/permit indicia
We can accommodate all 3 types of postage. Metering can be done inline with machine inserting. Clients may mail under our permit if they do not have their own. We often affix pre-cancelled stamps for a more personalized look.
Polypacking/Bagging and Packaging
Many of our projects require the bundling of catalogs, directories and similar pieces. These are strapped or string tied on our equipment per postal requirements. Special packaging, such as polybag or shrinkwrap, is prepared per specification to the mailing involved based on dimensional and literature type.
CASS Certification/NCOA
All mail is loaded and converted using the CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certification system to obtain barcoded discounts with specialized software. Even when barcoding and sorting endorsements are not required CASS certification assists in correct address verification. We can also provide National Change Of Address (NCOA) to correct addresses to the persons living there.
Merchandise/ Literature fulfillment
Not only do we do mass mailings of literature and dimensional materials but individual mailings as ordered by our clients. We can warehouse your mailing materials and ship as directed including internet fulfillment.
Demographic mailing lists/List management
We frequently provide mailing lists for our clients with demographics as criteria. We order lists from reputable list companies and can maintain lists as directed by our clients.
