Our History

Founded in 1983 by Erminio C. Ruffolo, The company is owned by Dodie Leibecke, President and Bob Leibecke, Vice President.  Dodie worked with Ernie Ruffolo for a number of years and has been continually involved since its founding.  ECR Business Solutions relocated to Miamisburg, Ohio in January 2007.  The company is located on a 3 acre campus with office and production in a 25,000 square foot facility.
