Move Update Compliance Forms

Below are two new forms that are required as proof of Move Update compliance. One form (Processing Acknowledgement Form) authorizes EC Ruffolo to process your mailing list using the NCOA database. The other form (PS Form 6014) certifies that the list owner has complied with all Move Update Requirements.

In any case, we need to have a copy of the appropriate form on file prior to processing your mailing.

PS Form 6014 – If you or the list owner has done the required list maintenance, just fill in the blanks and fax the completed form back to us.

NCOA Processing Acknowledgement Form – If you have any doubts that the list meets the Move Update Standards, complete the top section and fax it back. We'll process your list against the NCOA database and everything will be ready to go.

Some important things to remember…

• each time we process a mailing for you, ALL the names and addresses used in that mailing MUST have been updated within 95 days prior to mailing.
• PS Form 6014 is required for each mailing
• NCOA Processing form is valid for 1-year however, the 95 day rule still applies.
